Please note that while we provide a timeframe for custom orders, this is not a guaranteed delivery date. Each piece is hand-crafted by the artist, and unforeseen circumstances may arise that can delay your order or those ahead of it. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we create your unique item. Thank you supporting our artistry!
Refunds and returns
No refunds on custom orders that have already been started. IF there is an issue with your order, please reach out directly. I will always do my best to satisfy and work with you.
Shipping
Once a package is shipped, it is out of my hands. This means delays, lost or damaged items are not my responsibility. With that being said, ,please reach out if something does happen, as I will always try to work with you as best as I can.
